This function is intended only for contracts or orders concluded through this online store. It does not apply to purchases concluded in person at the physical store, even if payment was made by card or the goods were shipped to the customer afterwards. Submission records and time-stamps your withdrawal statement; it does not by itself confirm that a right of withdrawal applies, approve a return or trigger a reimbursement.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the usual period is 14 calendar days. For qualifying distance contracts protected by European Union or European Economic Area consumer law, the period applies subject to its statutory starting date and any applicable exceptions. For customers outside the EU and EEA, withdrawal and return rights depend on the mandatory law applicable to the contract and on any commercial return right expressly offered by the store.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you do not need to give a reason. After submission, the store assesses whether the right applies to the specific contract, country, product or service, together with the condition of the goods and any statutory exceptions under applicable law and the store’s published policy.

This electronic function is an additional method of submitting a withdrawal statement and does not exclude any other method permitted by applicable law. Using this form does not create a withdrawal or return right where no such right otherwise applies.
